It is a truly great book and I would strongly recommend anyone about to embark on a requirements project to read it. User stories are written so that each can be given an estimate of how difficult or time–consuming it will be to develop; use cases, on the other hand, are generally too large to be given useful estimates. It is very educative and probably highly applicable in certain teams and projects but it's far from universal. As I am new to this, I'd like some recommendations on good BA, UML, use case, etc. Many of these assumptions may seem good and safe, but they may rule out a user interface in which I click a recipient's name rather than typing it to initiate the message.
